To ensure that your entry is complete and valid, follow these simple steps:

Register with the Great Steak Challenge below.
Submit your original recipe & pairing.
We will simmer the entries down to Ten (10) First Cut Finalists who will be invited to put their steak recipes in the spotlight for the Deen Brothers and the Cooking Channel at Beringer Vineyards in the beautiful Napa Valley.

REMEMBER

Include an original recipe (100 words or less, in English) using beef steak. Side dishes are a great way to add extra flavor, but are not required.

Each entry must include a recommended wine pairing from the Beringer Founders' Estate portfolio that best compliments the recipe.

Each recipe must prepare 6 servings and must take no more than 30 minutes to prepare (including cook time).
