If you think you and your steak recipe deserve celebrity status, submit it here with your perfect wine pairing selection from Beringer Founders’ Estate. We will do the judging, and ten lucky First Cut Finalists will be flown to Beringer Vineyards in the beautiful Napa Valley where they’ll prepare their recipes live for the Deen Brothers and the Cooking Channel cameras. One grand prize winner will be awarded $25,000!
Here’s what you need to do:
CONTESTANTS
Contestants entered their best steak recipes, any complementary side dishes, and a Beringer wine pairing for a chance at making their steak famous and winning the $25,000 grand prize!
MAKE THE CUT
We will select the Ten First Cut Finalists to advance to the live Grill-Off at Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley, California.
FLY TO NAPA
Ten First Cut Finalists and their guests will be flown to Beringer Vineyards in Napa Valley, California for an all expenses paid 6 days and 5 nights of wining and dining plus exclusive tours of the Napa Valley. Finalists will put their steaks in the spotlight for the Deen Brothers and the Cooking Channel in a live Grill-Off to be aired on national television!
WIN $25,000!
Our panel of experts will judge the recipes and pairings in the live Grill-Off based on taste appeal, wine pairing and simplicity. One finalist will be awarded the grand prize of $25,000 and named Beringer’s Great Steak Challenge Winner.
