WINE PAIRING: BERINGER FOUNDERS’ ESTATE ZINFANDEL 
Ingredients
- 24 oz. top sirloin steak
- 1/3 cup Chardonnay
- 1-8 oz jar mango chutney
- 1-Tlb. Worcestershire sauce
- 1-Tlb. A-1 Sauce
- 1-Tlb. Cracked Pepper
- 1-Tlb. Herbs of Provence
- 1-Tlb. Dried lavender
- ¼ cup finely diced fresh cilantro
- 2 bunches of fresh watercress
- 1-fresh mango
Instructions:
In Ziploc bag place Chardonnay, chutney, Worcestershire, A-1 Sauce, cracked Pepper, Herbs of Provence, place steak in bag, seal, shake and sit for 5 minutes. Place steak on preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes. Dice up mango and cilantro, set aside. Clean and tear up watercress, shake, dry and plate. Remove steak, slice up and lie gently onto greens and garnish with mango, cilantro, lavender.
