WINE PAIRING: BERINGER FOUNDERS’ ESTATE MERLOT 
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder or 1 clove
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Spice
- 3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Horseradish (grated)
- 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 3 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a one-gallon Ziploc bag. Then add your favorite steak and let soak for 15-30 min. I prefer a 16-20 oz porterhouse. Cook over a charcoal grill till desired temp. Garnish with fresh veggies.
