I’m an avid griller, which I do frequently on the weekends with friends and family. My recipe is quick and easy, and lets the steak be the star which I think is what great grilling is often about. It is truly all about the meat and the wine.
I proudly served my country in the US Navy for 8 years and then moved back to Florida.
I’ve learned to appreciate a great glass of wine, and I’m really learning how to cook. I think guys should learn to cook and not just because it’s a great way to impress a woman. My wife tells me that I still need husband kitchen etiquette tips but I am learning… she was a regional finalist for the Great Steak Challenge last year so she’s my inspiration for entering the competition this year.
My wife, Mary Kay, will be attending the Great Steak Challenge to support me. Our Golden Retriever, Eddie, unfortunately could not attend due to previous commitments.
